These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vinpkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and vinpkr ("vinpkr", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vinpkr platform, including all sports betting, casino games, payment services, and related features accessible via vinpkr.club. By registering an account or using any part of the vinpkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the vinpkr platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature of the vinpkr Platform. vinpkr enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bets placed will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after applicable verification, less any processing costs incurred.
By registering with vinpkr, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the vinpkr Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you reside. vinpkr does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with vinpkr. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. vinpkr reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. vinpkr reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vinpkr Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vinpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify vinpkr support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred. Contact details are provided in Section 14 of these Terms.
Accounts are personal to the registered User and are not transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
vinpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All fiat transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vinpkr does not accept deposits from third parties; payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own name.
Deposits are processed subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed in the vinpkr Cashier at the time of the transaction. vinpkr does not charge fees on PKR deposits made via domestic payment methods, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. vinpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. vinpkr reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, address, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements will be held pending until the required documentation is received and approved.
vinpkr operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds will be subject to enhanced due diligence. vinpkr reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law and to freeze Accounts pending investigation without prior notice.
All Bets placed on the vinpkr Platform are subject to vinpkr's current betting rules as displayed in the relevant sportsbook or casino section. vinpkr reserves the right to refuse or restrict any Bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A Bet is not accepted until confirmed by the vinpkr Platform and a bet reference number has been issued.
Cricket markets – including PSL, T20 International, One Day International, and Test match formats – are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In the event of match abandonment, reduced-over formats, or result disputes, the applicable sports-specific rules will determine settlement. vinpkr's decision on bet settlement is final.
Casino games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, vinpkr will endeavour to resolve the session using available server-side records. vinpkr is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the User's side.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and vary by market, game, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the point of betting. vinpkr reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits apply to all promotional offers. vinpkr reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Bonus Funds credited to your vinpkr Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that remain uncompleted within the specified time limit will be forfeited.
vinpkr reserves the right to void promotional winnings and suspend or close Accounts where it determines that bonuses have been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering intended to exploit bonus structures, or any other conduct that vinpkr deems to constitute bonus abuse.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities in connection with their vinpkr Account or the vinpkr Platform:
Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the vinpkr Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data, is the property of vinpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without vinpkr's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vinpkr shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if vinpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vinpkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vinpkr's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, vinpkr will return any verified Balance to the Account holder via the original deposit method. Funds subject to active investigations may be withheld pending resolution.
vinpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the registered email address or a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the vinpkr Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the vinpkr Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through vinpkr's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree to exhaust vinpkr's internal dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal or arbitration proceedings.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
